Rude and unprofessional.

AVOID!!! Went to post 2x large letters. Diane Richards was behind the counter and huffed and puffed, rolled her eyes and laughed sarcastically when I tried to explain the letters needed to be sent and that I'm also paying for envelopes inside each, to be returned to me with the documents inside the main envelopes. She is extremely rude and unprofessional! The Indian gentleman waiting inside at the same counter to post a letter, also looked at me in horror at her unprofessional behaviour! When I asked her if she was now ready for me after dealing with the posman. She upped her attitude toward me and said she refuses to serve me and called the postmaster. I called when I gor home to.see if they have CCTV as I'm laying a formal complaint and Diane Richards hung up the phone on me. She is rude, has zero customer service and absolutely no professionalism or decorum at all.
