Avoid at all costs!

I booked him for a deep cleaning, took my money (£400) and the house was still dirty. When I complained to him, and asked for a refund he wouldn't give it to me and offered to come clean my house again another day. I tried to get him to come for over a week and he is ignoring both my calls and my messages. Will sue him legally for it. Avoid this business at all costs!
