At Empowered Growth Counselling, you are the focus of our sessions. I work pluralistically, meaning I draw on various methods and approaches in our sessions to ensure the therapy is tailored to you and your needs. I have experience in working with (and not limited to) anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, infertility, workplace issues, addiction in substance use, alcohol use and gambling, disordered eating, relationship issues, grief, and many more. I am qualified to Level 5 and am a member of the professional body NCPS, working by their code of ethics and ensuring my knowledge is both expanded and kept up to date on a regular basis, by attending courses and training on specialised areas.
